BBC & NDTV- one of fantastic channels , i prefer to watch coz they discuss more on CURRENT AFFAIRS than the political based news as we see in other channels. we have debts, panel discussion & so on.
THE HINDU- no other paper can ever beat this, simply fantastic. i prefer coz it almost covers all aspects like political, IT, weather, entertiament, cultural around the globe.

I like BBC because of current events. I also like Sun TV because I don't like fatso.
And in newspapers I like Deccan Chronicle which has interesting news and the regular news whereas The Hindu mostly has bullshit about Indian politics and is boring to read.
And Deccan Chronicle can easily beat The Hindu, both in the quality of the articles and in terms of interesting news. The Hindu is just plain boring.
