Am saying Airtel customer care service as impecunious. For past two days my net wasn't get connected. i thought the problem will continue for some time, but i couldn't connect for nearly two full days.
i wasn't aware that my airtel landline not working, so i called to airtel customer care, assholes started playing, like not responding properly & i got really angry. so i started shouting what you ppl think, aren't we are paying bills correctly. nearly for 4 hrs these idiots were taking fool outta my ass.
They solved the problem in evening only, really got fed with these ppl. if they couldn't respond to number, why the hell give the customer care number in our bills?

Feel glad to be an airtel customer.
Cos for me its worse.
once i had a problem with my modem, so i called up the BSNL customer care and complained.Those bastards didnt come for nearly a week and i ended up opening the modem and tried to repair it myself.
oh that's good. but these ppl didn't bother to take my complaint for nearly two hours, they playing like call to this num, if i call to that num he'll ask you shouldn't be calling here & that one will be giving some other num. nearly i would have done 10-20 calls.
Yeah thats bad!but still they atleast came and fixed it in two days.which i presume is not that bad.

Gowtham is right. BSNL is even worse. Airtel is good in my area. Your area is kind of out of the city, that's why the poor service.
Call the main call center for problems with the Airtel line and call 42111213 got internet problems.
ya i got the number from the guy who came & fixed my problem. one more number is 42110198.
hey airetl is so much better than BSNL . Even i have Airtel at my home. and u wont believe Airtel paid a compensation of 1.5 or 2 lakhs as a compensation for a mistake done by the customer care. But if that problem arise in BSNL means it will be u paying that amount.
