Funny incident

I went to abroad in oct 2001(I think am right) with my mom, so while returning back

to India we had to transit at Frankfurt airport in Germany coz there’s no direct flight to India, we had to wait there I guess for 2 to 3hrs for boarding flight to India.

So me&my mom got into Frankfurt airport, then we both went in search for the gate

(waiting area to board flight to India).I saw the sign board which pointed upwards for Gate B(that was the gate for us to wait), so we took the escalator to top, and to mysurprise it was fully enclosed withGlass , I got preplexed didn’t know what to do?Just blinking (oh god).my mom

thought I took wrong path to gate, started shouting at me, then I went in search of enquiry counter ……………………………………………………………………………………….

………………………………………………..WHAT HAPPENED?

and then I came to know that I took the right path, the difference is that I had to take a shuttle bus to reach my gate coz I was in different terminal that’s it. then atlast boarded the flight reached home safely.

OOPS…..that was really a funny& thrilling incident in my life (coz that was my first flight experience).

Is French a complicated language?

French is sometimes described as the most difficult European language, and this is true to a certain extent. You wouldn't believe the number of completely silly rules in the language, especially weird spellings that aren't pronounced. As a result, many native speakers with a college education still make a substantial number of spelling mistakes.

When we compare french with English this what we’ll find

  • Verb conjugations. There are around 50 ways to conjugate each verb. (there are many tenses not found in English or that can be expressed more simply).
  • In French, each noun is given an arbitrary gender.
  • Accents, placed pretty much arbitrarily. It's hard to remember where to put them, especially since there are 3 types.

But some people justify saying, Japanese is considered a difficult language mostly due to two factors. First, the writing system is complicated. Second, Japanese is not closely related to another language, so, except for "loanwords", students will find that there are few words that are similar to native language words.

However complicated the language maybe, if we put in our hardwork& interest we can just rule it ourselves.

Pleasure Of Reading

Reading a novel is like watching a potter at work: out of a lump of words, a story emerges. Or maybe it is more like being a potter yourself, the story taking shape right between your hands. As you pull the words up from the page, you see the contours of lives—the curves, the contradictions. It is more difficult to discern the shape of our lives, one chapter overlapping with another.

Conversation after a time bores me, games tire me, and my own thoughts, which we are told are the unfailing resource of a sensible man, have a tendency to run dry. Then I fly to my book as the opium-smoker to his pipe.We need to stop blaming the TV and the internet for the world's loss of readers. It's our own fault. Personally, the books that bring me greatest pleasure are those that are well written, have real merit, and tell a ripping good tale to boot.

The important thing is to allow ourselves to read what we love--otherwise (as is happening everywhere) we'll stop reading altogether.

Silicon valley or coolie valley!!!!!

Silicon Valley companies are based on 'know what.' They know the market, they know the technology and they know what products to make to earn money.

Coolie valley companies are based on 'know how.' They do the software coding for other companies that have the 'know what.' If you tell them what to do, they know how and will do it for you.

Silicon Valley companies invest huge sums of money on R&D. They generate new ideas and are constantly developing new ways of doing things.

Coolie Valley companies have nothing called R&D. They do not generate any new ideas.

A typical Silicon Valley engineer is a specialist in a particular technology, like inkjet printing or virus detection. He spends all his life working in this technology area.

A typical Coolie Valley engineer is a specialist in a few languages. He is not concerned about the technology that he is working on and is willing to develop any software with the languages that he knows.

A typical Silicon Valley engineer's education and work experience all relate to a technology. When he changes jobs, he changes to another company working on the same technology.

A typical Coolie Valley engineer's work experience does not teach him any technology. He may be a mechanical engineer currently working for three months onbanking software, and then the next three months onshoe retailing software.

Silicon Valley is all about the excitement of creating things out of nothing. Companies like HP actually started in the garages of their founders.

Coolie Valley does not know the meaning of creativity. Somecompanies are started by people who quit other companies and take some of the parent firm's software development contracts with them.

Silicon Valley's entrepreneurs bet on people, ideas and inventions.

Coolie Valley's entrepreneurs bet on certainties. They start a firm after getting software development contracts.

Silicon Valley's firms are about technology management.

Coolie valley's firms are about man management.

so you decide for yourself whether Bangalore is a silicon or coolie valley

Love Nature!!!!

Many times it happens that I really fall in love with nature.

When am troubled, I just go out &lift my head towards the sky

start counting the stars. I would be in different world thinking which star was first in my counting list, that makes me forget my troubled world.

I think no man or women can do it,nature is something......no words to express.

Life is mystery or fantasy

Life was a fantasy during my school days, with no responsibilities on my shoulder

a period of day dreams(WOW!).but college days have changed my day dreams to nightmare, with lot of responsibilities, examination every three months.

I feel life is a mystery, coz we start but have no idea where to stop(indefinite loop).
